Wellington Brewery has announced the release of the fourth volume of their Re-Booted Mix Pack. Available for spring and summer 2018, this seasonal mix includes the return of three popular small-batch recipes alongside the brewery’s year-round Upside IPA.
With a wide range of styles including a Belgian-style Witbier, a German-style Pilsner, an American IPA, and a Blackcurrant Kettle Sour, this new mix pack has something for every craft beer lover.
Against the Currant (5.5%) – This kettle sour is brewed with local Ontario blackcurrants which add earthy and tart berry notes to this refreshing sour beer.
#LagerDave Pils (5.0%) – This crisp pilsner is a steadfast and classic go-to beer with subtle grainy malt notes and an assertive noble hop finish.
Digger’s Wit (4.5%) – A Belgian style witbier made with fresh lemon and lime zest. This refreshing summer beer has a hazy wheat body, slight pepper note, and a balanced dry finish.
Upside IPA (6.8%) – Inspired by juicy New England style IPA’s, this unfiltered India Pale Ale is exploding with grapefruit, peach, and tropical hop flavors.
Welly Re-Booted Mix Pack Vol 4 is available now for $10.45 / 4 x 355 mL bottles at the brewery and shipping across Ontario from the brewery’s online store. It will also be available at select LCBO and Beer Store locations across Ontario in the coming weeks.
