Now on draft at The Pike Pub and Tankard & Tun, Pike Pride Ale was brewed in support of Gay City and in celebration of Seattle’s LGBTQ+ pride. Coming in at 5.0% and dry-hopped with Mosaic, this special one-off beer is a crisp and lightly hoppy tangerine pale ale which will be a draft-only offering.
Among other Washington locations, Pike Pride Ale will be featured on the June Beer Flight at Lost Lake Café, poured during Pride weekend at Purr, Teku Tavern and featured at 5 Point Café’s iconic Pride Parade after-party. During Pride Week (June 18-24), Pike encourages every location serving Pike Pride Ale to donate $1 per pint to support Gay City with the goal of raising $5,000.
The Pike Pub has extended its kitchen hours to add a new Late-Night Hoppy Hour menu. Every day, 9 p.m. to close, find $6, $8, and $10 deals on a large selection of pizzas, nachos, salads, and more.
Tankard & Tun Chef Gabe Spiel is recipe testing for the restaurant’s new seasonal menu, which will debut in early June. Expect a continued focus on locally sourced ingredients and Northwest seafood, along with exciting new additions: Right now he’s testing malasadas, a Hawaiian-style fried dough, for the dessert menu.
