Southern Ohio craft beer maker MadTree Brewing, located in the Oakley neighborhood of Cincinnati, is celebrating its sixth anniversary on Saturday, February 16, 2019 with an all-day party featuring a headlining performance by indie rock’s BANNERS from Liverpool, UK.
The party begins at 12PM and continues through the night until 1AM. This is also the first time that guests can get their hands on newly redesigned cans of PsycHOPathy IPA, Lift Kölsch, and Shade blackberry tart ale. The event is free to the general public includes live music all day, food trucks, and an incredible line up of craft beers from MadTree and other regional breweries.
There will be over 50 different beers pouring at the party, plus MadTree’s gluten-free 42 Mile hard cider and Scratch Mule craft cocktail. All beers are six dollars a piece with different pour sizes depending on the beer. Beer tickets may be purchased in advance online through the MadTree website or at the party.
“The Winter Bonanza is the time we get to share our love of craft and community,” said Brady Duncan, MadTree co-founder. “You get to drink some really creative beers, eat some amazing food, while watching fantastic bands. It’s just really cool to see everyone coming together.”
Guests will have the full taproom, beer garden (with heated tent), and private event spaces to mingle in. Free parking available at the brewery and via a shuttle bus at the nearby public parking garage at Oakley Station, but ride sharing, taxis, and/or public transportation is strongly encouraged. This is a family friendly event; however, large crowds are expected in the evening. Pets are not permitted due to the crowds.
